Reading the matter and the inbox together
A file where nobody missed a deadline. Claude reads Clio and Outlook side by side, finds twelve things past due, and drafts the letters that follow.
Every case handled to the same standard, without anyone having to rely on their memory. Deadlines don’t get missed.
What it does

See it work
A client rings about her case. Nobody has opened the file in two weeks. The answer, the note, the task and the calendar entry, without opening Clio once.
The package
For firms on Clio that want Claude working inside their matters, for everyone in the firm. Two phases: take the guided setup on its own, or both.
They get the written guide and we walk them through it on the call. Nothing for your team to prepare.
The same environment your MSP already looks after, so it sits under the management you already pay for. It belongs to the firm, and you decide who can use it.
Everyone signs in as themselves, so every action carries a name.
We check it against files your team actually works on, not a demo case, before anyone relies on it.
Your MSP gets the deployment and maintenance guides, your firm gets the technical documentation.
Two to three weeks from the first call to the whole firm using it.
Where it runs
Where this sits
Microsoft 365, NetDocuments, iManage and Westlaw CoCounsel. We switch these on with your MSP when we set the firm up.
Built, in use at a firm, and ready to install. Fixed price by firm size, two to three weeks.
PracticePanther, Smokeball, Lawmatics - or the billing, document or intake system your team lives in. We check it can be done, then build it.
More from this build
A file where nobody missed a deadline. Claude reads Clio and Outlook side by side, finds twelve things past due, and drafts the letters that follow.
The connector gets Claude into Clio. Your procedure, written down once, is what makes every matter open the same way, whoever opens it.
Questions
Yes. It connects through Clio’s own API, and each person signs in with their own Clio account, so Claude can only see and do what that person can already see and do.
It runs inside your own Microsoft environment, not ours. Every person signs in as themselves, every action is recorded under their name, and your MSP gets the documentation to review how it works.
Your MSP keeps it running, with the deployment and maintenance guides we hand over. We can stay involved under a separate agreement.
Two sessions with us: a kickoff call and the setup session itself. In between they stand up a virtual machine in your own Azure subscription, register one application in Entra so your people sign in with their Microsoft account, and open one firewall rule and a DNS record. We run the project with them, so nobody at the firm has to chase it.
The free ones install on one person’s machine with that person’s credentials, and each keeps its own log. Ours is set up for the whole firm, with everyone signed in as themselves and one record of what was done.
You leave the call with a fixed price for your firm and a straight answer on whether this works with your Clio setup. If it is not the right time for you, we will say so.
